Tragedy Khadafi, born Percy Chapman on August 13, 1971, in Queens, New York, is a rapper and producer from the Queensbridge housing projects. He began his career in the mid-1980s as MC Percy in the group Super Kids and later joined the Juice Crew All Stars.
